Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays While we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days, during high demand periods such as new drop releases, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at victimtotemptation@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to resolve it.
